For an accurate reading, your skin should be in as natural a state as possible
for the consultation. To ensure this, please follow the protocols below before
coming to the consultation:
Do not wash or cleanse your face, nor apply moisturisers, sunscreen or
cosmetics to your face in any way a minimum of 3 hours, preferably over night, before the consultation
(this includes simple showering); do not exercise, wash your hair or style it
using any heated appliances; do not touch your face or sunbathe and avoid
extreme weather conditions eg sun, wind, rain.
The longer you avoid the above interactions, the more accurate picture the
consultation will obtain of your skin’s natural oil and water balance.
